Germany
Google Map Link

Situated between the airport and the motorway, the ICS is in an ideal location. Direct links to the A8 motorway, the B27 federal highway, the airport, the urban railway (S-Bahn) station and local public transport mean that visitors have just a pleasant few minutes’ walk to the venue.

By Air

The international airport connects Stuttgart directly to 123 short-haul and long-haul destinations in 30 countries.  Once you've landed, you’re just 355 steps away from the ICS.

By Train

Two direct train lines (S-Bahn) S2 and S3 offer the fastest way to get from Stuttgart Main Station to Flughafen/Messe station, in just 27 minutes.  The station is only 200m away from the entrance to the ICS.

There is also underground route U6 that terminates at the Flughafen/Messe U-bahn station, a few minutes' walk from the ICS.

Find more information at Stuttgart’s public transport association (VVS).

In addition, you can arrive by bus at the Stuttgart Airport Bus Terminal for regional and long-distance busses.

Baden-Württemberg-Ticket

The Baden-Württemberg-Ticket allows you to travel comfortably to Messe Stuttgart alone or in a group of up to 5 persons. Valid for one day, it covers an unlimited number of trips in all regional and local trains as well as trams, city trains and busses of all public transport associations in (all of) Baden-Württemberg. The price varies according to the number of travellers.

By Car

The A8 motorway (east-west connection) runs right alongside the trade fair grounds. Multiple exits make for rapid arrivals and departures. Travelers also have access to the north-south axis of the A81.

6,700 parking spaces are available directly at the Messe Stuttgart complex. What’s more, the adjoining airport car parks can be used. More information on parking spaces and fees is available here.

Please note, Stuttgart city is an environmental zone. Only vehicles displaying a green sticker are permitted within this zone. Because Messe Stuttgart is outside the city precincts, you do not need an environmental sticker when you visit a trade fair or conference. If you plan to visit the city afterwards or stay in the city overnight, you will require an emissions sticker for your vehicle.
